• Photos of what arrived, if an item showed up damaged or isn't what you ordered.
• A short note on what you'd like us to do next.

A few answers you may already be looking for: orders are printed and processed in 2–3 business days, every order ships with tracking that's emailed to you once it's on the way, and returns are open for 30 days from delivery. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
