Before You Write Us

A lot of questions have quick answers. Take a peek here first — you might be back to deckbuilding in seconds.

• Where's my order? Orders take 2–3 business days to process. US standard arrives in 6–9 business days, expedited in 3–5, and international in 7–21 business days. We email your tracking number the moment your deck ships.
• Can I change or cancel my order? Reach out as soon as possible — once a deck enters production we may not be able to make changes.
• Do you ship to my country? Yes — We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia via USPS, with international delivery running 7–21 business days.
• How do returns work? You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The item must come back in the same condition and original packaging with proof of purchase. Message us with your order number and we'll send a return shipping label once the return is accepted.
