Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the deck you receive. If something is wrong, or if the deck simply isn't what you hoped for, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask us for a return.

Are custom-printed decks returnable? Yes.

This is the part most policies get wrong, so we'll be direct about it. Every deck we sell is printed to order — that's how we make them. That does not make them non-returnable. Our 30-day return window applies to everything in our catalogue:

• Returnable within 30 days: all catalogue Commander/EDH decks printed from our own designs, in any option — Non-Foil, Foil, Non-Foil + Box, Foil + Box — plus land packs, token bundles and tarot-style card decks.
• Not returnable: one product only — the Custom Commander Deck, 120 Limited Cards + 10 Bonus Lands ($500), where you supply the card list. That deck is built from your list and only your list, so it can't be resold to anyone else. Once it goes into production it is final sale.

If a product page doesn't name you as the person who chose the cards, it's returnable. That's the whole test.

What condition the cards need to come back in

A returned deck has to be in a state where the next player could open it and use it. In plain terms:

• Complete — all 100 cards plus the free tokens that came with the deck.
• Not played with — cards that have been sleeved in and shuffled pick up wear on the edges and corners very quickly, and we can't send those out again.
• No damage from handling — no bends, creases, folds, ink, pen or pencil marks, stickers, or shuffle wear.
• In the packaging it arrived in — including the deck box if you ordered a "+ Box" option.

Opening the package and looking through the cards is completely fine. Taking the deck to game night is what makes it unsellable.

How to start a return

Message us through our contact page and tell us your order number and which deck you'd like to return. Please wait for us to accept the return before sending anything back — packages that arrive without an accepted return request will be refused and sent back to you.

Once we accept your return, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send the package.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Check your deck when it arrives. If a card is misprinted or damaged, if cards are missing, or if you received the wrong deck or the wrong option, contact us straight away through our contact page and we'll make it right. Photos of the problem help us sort it out faster.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it to your account, so allow a little longer before worrying. If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, get in touch through our contact page.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a deck is to return the one you have, and place a new order for the deck you want once your return is accepted. We don't do direct swaps, because it would leave you waiting twice.

Discounted orders and gift cards

Our multi-deck offers are applied automatically at checkout rather than as marked-down prices, so orders placed with an automatic discount follow exactly the same 30-day return terms as any other order. If your order included a free deck from a “buy more, get more” offer, the free deck needs to come back with the rest of the order for a full refund; if you keep it, the value of the offer is deducted from the refund.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Processing and shipping times

Orders are printed and processed in 2–3 business days before they ship. Your 30-day return window doesn't start until the order is actually in your hands.

About proxies — please read before you buy

Our decks are proxies, made for casual play, kitchen-table games and playtesting. They are not legal for sanctioned tournament play, and we don't present them as such. We're an independent print shop and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.

Playgroups and local game stores set their own rules about proxies, and those rules vary a lot. If your group or your store decides not to allow proxies, we completely understand the disappointment — but that's a house rule, not a fault in the cards, so it isn't something we can treat as a defect. If you're unsure how your group feels about proxies, it's worth asking them before you order. And if the deck itself has a genuine problem, that's a different matter entirely and we'll take care of it.

Customers in the UK and the EU

If you're ordering from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. The 14-day cancellation right runs alongside our 30-day return policy — you can use whichever is more favourable to you, and in most cases that will be our 30-day window.

To cancel, contact us through our contact page within those 14 days. The deck then needs to be sent back to us in the condition described above. Please note that the buyer-specified Custom Commander Deck, 120 Limited Cards + 10 Bonus Lands ($500) is made to your personal specification, which is one of the categories exempt from the statutory right to cancel.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in the UK or the EU, including your rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.
